I take one of these almost every day, my dad does take one every day. Super easy to just break up and put in water, and love the taste and fizz of the tablet. When you break it up, even fits nicely in a water bottle and dissolves quickly when broken up. Would highly recommend you try it if you haven't yet.

I've been taking Redoxon, every day for over a year and it seems to be doing what it's supposed to do. I like the flavor. I take half at lunch time with a full large glass of water and the other with dinner. Better than drinking just water.

This is now going to be my go to when I feel I'm starting to get sick. I personally take one of these and one AlkaSeltzer and put them in a measuring cup filled with Sunny D. Stir up real good after about 5 minutes and it's easy to drink and makes me feel so much better.
