Good product, good price, exellent customer service
I needed to find some replacement tubes for my waterbed. It is not the typical full floating waterbed from years ago, but a waterbed ment to have water filled tubes. I found the tubes on Amazon, but had never heard of Rick's Home Store, the supplier. I could not be more estatic about the price, and/or the customer service. I ordered four (4) tubes, and expected the acknowledgement, charge, shipping and arrival to take some time (10 days). I was pleasantly surprised when the charge was done the next day, and I received a shipping notification with 24 hrs of the charge. The tubes arrived, I order the 71" tubes because I have a California King bed, and they fit perfectly. I cannot say enough about Rick's Home Store, and the service they provide their customers. I hope you decide to use them, and your experience is a good as mine.

Good product, only not as heavy as original tubes.

Better than I expected
We have 2 soft side beds with 8 baffled tubes each. 80% of these tubes were 25 + years old and ready for replacement, meaning they were starting to leak. You take a chance buying anything on line but when I received the box of 2 tubes I was impressed, using them immediately. That's what prompted me to purchase 10 more. Thank you for making my bed great again.

It works and saved our bed.
What is there to say about a replacement waterbed tube other than it is good to find what you need at a reasonable price. This is the second tube we have had to replace one in the probably 20 years we've had the bed. I always worry that we won't be able to find one, but Amazon had it covered and it got here quickly.

Leaked after 3 1/2 years
vs my 25-yo originals of which 7 of 8 still working (this had replaced the one that started leaking after 21+ years). Note thickness is not stated. Will be going elsewhere to get this one replaced.

Great Tubes
Owning a wave-less waterbed for the past 25 years is the only way to go. All you need to do is change the tubes when they start leaking, which is about every 6 to 8 years. These tubes that I ordered from Amazon works great. Ordering was easy and the product came to us as they promise.
