They are the exactly the same. The diffence in the price is because they are resellers.

Why does my printer no longer pick up the paper

Christ knows, mine is vert touchy about paper positioning.

which ink cartridges does it take,?

this printer came with cartridges which is good however will only take one piece of paper at a time with out getting jammed up

Does it come with both cartridges included?

Yes it cones with both a B&W and a colour cartridge, but these are only part filled and will not last long. I immediately ordered a replacement one of each. I bought the XL cartridges which have more ink in and so last longer.
