I bought this mirror five years ago now. It’s still going strong. Although it is possible to get it to fog up (anything can fog), it resists fogging for a long time and will de-fog when you get cold air over it (open the shower door or wave cooler air over it). Anyway, it works fine for what I need. One thing I want to highlight: I NEVER touch the mirror face. I don’t wipe it, I don’t clean it, I just leave it alone. There may be an anti-fog coating on it, so I don’t want to mess with that. I’m not sure how much that has to do with it going strong after five years, but that’s what I do. Also, the suction cup works well. I did have some issues initially with it falling off, but that’s completely gone now. I’m not sure when that got broken-in, but it hasn’t moved in years now. Make sure there’s a good seal, and it’ll stay put, even if it takes a bit to get it used to being stuck to a surface So, I do recommend. I’m here writing this review because I’m buying a second one while I’m staying in another location for a while and miss having a mirror in the shower.

Nice and compact lightweight shower mirror that is easily installed and removed in seconds. The suction cup adheres to most all shower walls much like it was installed with screws and fasteners.

Adhesion is pretty good, but sometimes gets stuck. It’s very sturdy. The size and weight are medium. Its appearance is perfect and it’s easy to use. It’s not really fog proof in a standard shower, but it works great in dorm showers!

I did a lot of research before selecting this mirror and read a lot of the reviews. What I was looking for, as most of you are, was good suction/holding power and a fog-free mirror. A lot of reviews on a lot of other brands of travel shaving mirrors complained about them not actually being fog-free and many times falling off the wall of their shower, including this one. I settled on this brand because it had the highest satisfaction among purchasers and if I wasn't satisfied it would be an easy return. When it arrived I carefully read the instructions. The problems that others were having with this product could have been totally eliminated if they also would have read them. I will emphasize these points; 1) In order for this product to adhere to a shower wall you MUST have a smooth wall with no grout lines going underneath the suction cup and the wall must be totally cleaned where the suction cup will be. Use Windex or other suitable cleaner to make sure soap deposits/dirt are completely removed. Once this is accomplished you place the suction cup on the wall and turn (refer to instructions) to make the seal. It affords an extremely tight seal. I yanked on mine as hard as I could and it wouldn't even budge. After a week of use I decided to move it and it was easy to remove. Just rotate the ring and the suction releases. I put it in the new location and reapplied the suction and it worked as advertised as I have mentioned. I think the reports of customers saying it fell off after so long was because they either didn't first totally clean their shower wall area, applied it to a non-smooth surface, had it over a grout line, or hadn't totally rotated the ring to apply the maximum suction according to the enclosed directions. 2) I must say I was totally impressed with the fog-free operation this product has! I take hot showers and there is always a lot of fog buildup on my shower glass. But NOT on this shaving mirror! Totally clear except when I first installed this product it was pretty close to the shower stream and it received some water spray during a shower. It didn't fog whatsoever but there was a little distortion where the water was coursing down the mirror, but extremely minor. No "water beads". It wouldn't interfere with shaving at all. If I took the directions seriously, I should have attached the mirror where it wouldn't be sprayed with water. Depending on the size of your shower stall you may have an issue where to place it, but do find an area where the least amount of spray/splashing would occur. So, I did remove it and placed it in another protected area and voila! Totally, perfectly clear! For those customers experiencing fogging with this mirror I can only assume that you cleaned it with a glass cleaner because I have found it unfoggable. The directions caution NOT to clean it with any type of cleaner. Just water if need be. It has a special coating on it so if you use a cleaner it will come off and boom. Fogging. I loved this travel shaving mirror so much I bought another one. One for my home shower and one to travel with. And as a side note, you can separate the mirror from the suction cup assembly just by pulling hard. The ball comes right out and you can pack it more securely so it won't get damaged. Pops right back on.

After a month it did start fogging but spraying with shower water resolves. It also has fallen off the shower wall (usually once or twice a month) and that has cracked the frame.

I have one leg so when I go into the shower I have to sit and be stationar. This is a Great mirror it is exactly as advertised. It does not fog, it says clear, holds razor and it swivels to my needs.

The product was very easy to install. The mirror will not fog up while showering and has a magnifying effect so it’s easy to closely view your entire face. The razor hanger makes it so I’m not fumbling around for my razor when I need it.

Overall, I’m happy with this shower mirror. It looks nice, feels sturdy, and is a convenient size for shaving and grooming in the shower. The main downside is that it gets foggy during a hot shower, which defeats some of the purpose of having a shower mirror. I usually have to wipe it off or rinse it with water to see clearly again. Still a good product overall, but better anti-fog performance would make it a 5-star item.

Me suis trompée, je pensais que c'était un miroir grossissant, c'est ma faute. À force de surfer, je me suis perdue dans ma commande ! Sinon il est bien.

Après 1 mois, mon retour sur ce miroir est positif. Aucun problème à la livraison, le produit est arrivé intact. La ventouse auquel s'accroche le miroir ne m'a pas fait défaut. Elle tient du premier coup sur une paroi de douche en plastique, et ça ne bouge pas même en manipulant le miroir ou en posant mon rasoir sur le socle prévu à cet effet. Le miroir n'est pas grossissant, et est de bonne facture. Comme il s'agit d'un miroir antibuée, il faut bien faire attention à ne pas le frotter si vous voulez le garder comme neuf. Si celui-ci est aspergé de gouttelettes d'eau qui atténuent votre visibilité, ce n'est pas grave, il suffit simplement de passer un coup de pommeau de douche dessus. Vous pouvez ensuite le laisser sécher et il redeviendra aussi clean qu'à son déballage de sa boîte.

This mirror is quality. Especially for the price, on offer at £14.99, but would be worth it at full price. Suction cap is really effective. If your surface is flat and clean, It ain't gonna come off. I got the Chrome finish to match my shower hardware and the mirror looks expensive. My Harry's razor fits perfectly. To the nitty gritty. The anti-fog actually works. Yes, you heard it right. It must have a coating on the surface which looks like it makes the mist turn to a water film which allows the mirror to "work". If you read the instructions, which i bet most guys don't, it clearly states, do not clean the mirror surface with anything. Don't use any soaps or agents. Don't rub it. Just spray with water if you need to. So I'm betting that negative reviews have had just that done to the mirror because mine works like I never expected it to. Great product.

I tried mounting it to the wall a couple of times and it wasn't perfectly sticking even after a thorough clean etc. just make sure you use the sticky transparent pad that comes in the box. Basically, the pad goes on the wall and then the mirror sticks to the pad and voila! Quality-wise, lightweight yet sturdy and so flexible when it comes to positioning.
