Moved south 12 years ago and haven't found these in a regular grocery stored down here. We were so happy to find these on desertcart. My issue is with the cheese. It seems much more like feta than provolone, and it crumbles into a mealy, unappetizing texture in your mouth. Especially when you’re expecting something firmer, like a solid chunk of provolone. The flavor of the cheese is okay—and again seems more like feta—but it’s not what I expected or wanted. The jar is pretty small for the price in my opinion, and there is no “POP” of the lid’s seal when it’s opened.
