They are standard water bottle boss thread size which is an M5 by approx 20mm.

is this transparent black ( like the picture) or the solid black version?

Does the bottle have a cap over the mouthpiece like the one in the picture?

Mine doesn't, but I do know the updated model does. I bought another from my local bike shop recently (bottle only), and swapped the magnet out.
