First wear 08/15/2020 on 1.5 hour walk around (flat terrain) neighborhood plus 30 min workout afterward. I am 5'0", guessing weight increased to 130 lbs since teleworking. Goal is to lose inches on thighs and abdomen. I ordered correct size (small) and hand-washed/hang-dried before using - snug fit but not uncomfortable - able to do additional cardio including squats, lunges and high knees no problem. I like the product - works as advertised - sweat intense at targeted area and noticeably dripping from legs - continued sweating (hopefully fat burning) after workout. It is an inexpensive, simple change that I think will definitely help achieving my goal.

I am in absolute love with these shorts. They work amazing and are just the thing I was missing for my work outs and cardio. I couldn’t believe how much my legs sweat during my work outs and didn’t know I could sweat so much on the area of body the shorts cover. They also fit me amazingly. I am a bikini body builder w a tiny waist and have muscular thighs and a built bottom. I had no gap in my waist due to the high fit and the legs and bottom were snug. I love the pocket on the side too. It fits my regular sized iPhone and keeps it secure even on the stepper. They are also super flexible and I am able to have full range of motion In them during my work outs and w no crack peeping out during squatting movements. They are also fashionable enough to wear out in public. I do however recommend keeping a towel w you bc you will sweat like crazy. I’m really glad I got two pairs so I can rotate them. I got a size small and they go all the way down to my knee (perfect!) I ordered these for my wife and she loves them! We ordered a size up based on the reviews but she could’ve purchased her normal size. They’re not too big though so she’s going to keep them. They are comfy and seem to have a good stretch. She only tried them on for a few minutes and already started to sweat for about 5 mins. Her phone (iPhone 11 max) fit perfectly into the pocket. It does have a smell but the faint smell like most of the trainers she’s purchased from other companies in the past which she was fine with it. After being skeptical, she finally ordered one of her first pair of this type of workout gear. She loves the product and will be ordering again!

Material thickness was sturdy but not overbearing. The zipper works good. I've worn a few times walking with a 15 pound weighted vest and got a good sweat. Running in the shorts is manageable. Recommend to those trying to get an extra sweat during their workout. Or for getting ride of some water weight, but consistency is the key in wearing this. Washing with warm water and soap in the sink, shower is easy.

This product fit great until I was in the middle of working out and because of the sweat it started getting loose and rubbed on the back of my knee. I tried using it several times and each time it got looser quicker in the workout. It rubbed so much that it felt like my skin was getting raw in that area. I love the idea of this product but this particular one didn't work for me.

This review about the sizing of this product, which is very inaccurate. I am unable to review the product itself since I could not find a size that will fit me, it was either too small or too large.

I love these shorts! They are just as described on the website and really help me sweat during my hour 45 minute morning walks. And, they're extremely comfortable. I almost forget I'm wearing them. I do like the extra side pockets as well so that I can carry my cell phone when gardening in the back yard. I am 5'6", 185 pounds, and the XL fits me perfectly. I don't think you will be disappointed if you purchased this item.

For reference sake I'm 5'2 115lbs and I got the small. These also fit when I was over 120lbs. They are the same texture as a wet suit. Fairly light and thin yet strong. You will sweat. I sometimes wear them on my fast walks. Not so bad taking them off but trying to pull them back up after a washroom break is not an easy feat lol. Just like putting on a wet one piece bathing suit. They are compression fit so very slimming and reduce the look of cellulite. I bought the yellow as well. Handy side pocket for your phone also. You can roll the bottom up to make shorter as well.
