Two battery & single battery charger is same price as two battery. Are they just adding a free charger or?

Can you use the original nikon charger (mh-25a) with these batteries?

When I bought this battery I used some times but one of them my charger started to blink so I decided to use the BM charger that came with my 2 batteries. Btw never tried again after that
