My husband keeps trying to steel it.Overall I'm pretty happy with it, but a few comments for other purchasers.I'm 5'9, the seat depth is a bit too long for me. It was made for someone taller than me with longer legs.This affects the lumbar support, which I find lacking. I put a pillow behind me.Length to floor is adjustable and my feet touch the floor on the lowest setting.The tilt mechanism is good, the bottom feels sturdy, it's got good balance.Only downside is the arms are bolted into the bottom and back to hold the chair together, they are not adjustable. I feel these bolts will be where this chair fails.Update 12/26 A few months later the chair is still intact, though the foam cushion seems to be less and less cushy. The pleather is holding up ok. Still need a pillow for lumbar support.I need to purchase a second chair, but I will not purchase this model again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seems to be a good chair. *by J***A on Reviewed in the United States on January 24, 2021* I ordered months ago but it was very late. However when it came it was easy to put together minus some issues getting screws aligned. Seems sturdy and comfortable though it is not very wide. Not a problem for me, but someone who is 400lbs might have issues.The communication with the company was lacking. The only way I got updates is if I contacted them and asked. Every time a different staff responded (within 24hrs) and was lacking consistency. Long story short I learned through multiple communications that A) the black was out of stock and B) It was running late. I purchased it several months ago, wanted to make sure I really had a chance to use it before I wrote a review. The past chair I had was causing me back issues, so I purchased this chair to help with that. It has helped and it is much better than my previous one. The downside is that the chair does not feel like a solid build.
