Egosan Maxi Incontinence Disposable Adult Diaper Brief Maximum Absorbency and Adjustable Tabs for Men and Women (Small Case, 120-Count)

I ordered these for my friend whose mother has become more disabled and at times bedridden due to severe arthritis. She opened the pkg. when I took then to her, the product is very soft, no fear of that plastic rustling sound, very soft to the touch, has aloe vera added. I think also the run very true to size as she showed me another brand which fit much smaller. Her mother is able when she can to undo the tape on one side to take them off or if she wants to use the restroom. The side tapes also make it easier if her mom doesn't have help as she fastens one side then is able to pull up, adjust and fasten the open side, this is a great feature for home health care workers also, and helps for bedridden patients as it can be put on as a diaper also. The absorbency is fantastic, my friends mom sometimes due to pain takes a sleeping aid and sleeps through the night, if she voids during the night the high absorbency keeps it locked away from her body. After seeing the product myself and knowing what her mom goes through she said this product is the best. Although a little more than other brands it's quality makes up for it. I recommend this product to anyone needing this type of product or for a loved one that does. Oh, and her mom has even started wearing them on her outings, you can't even tell and she feels much more comfortable if she has an accident that there won't be any leakage.

I waited until I had used these diapers for several months before reviewing. I’ll be blunt so that someone may be helped. I am bedridden, and I had a severe case of diaper rash. We had tried different creams, ointments, powders, but it was bad. I also frequently leaked out of my diapers, and got the bedding and my pajamas wet. I reduced the amount of water I was drinking to try to help the situation, and my husband changed me frequently, but to no avail. Because I was only drinking a small amount of water, I was always thirsty and had headaches. Enough said. We tried new diapers. *The first time these diapers were put on me, they did not hurt my skin, they felt amazingly soft, and there were no plastic parts rubbing against my skin. I think the aloe in the diapers makes them extra soft for sensitive skin. *In one week my diaper rash looked better. In three weeks it was completely gone and never returned! *The diapers are more expensive than the old diapers we used, but we were able to eliminate one diaper change from the daily schedule, so they actually are only slightly more expensive. Eliminating one diaper change has relieved a lot of stress for both my husband and I. *In 3 1/2 months of use, the diapers have leaked maybe three times and, after the first big leak because they were not put on properly, there were only small leaks. I have gone back to drinking as much water as I would like, and I do not worry that it will be a problem. We also use a Medline absorbent pad (disposable) in the bed, just in case there is a small leak. So there is less laundry for my husband to do. *The diapers are big and bulky, but I am bedridden and not trying to hide them under clothing. Big and bulky doesn’t matter because they are super-absorbent and they wick moisture away from me so that I never feel wet. It is amazing! VERY IMPORTANT- Watch the short video on putting the diaper on. The only big leak we had was in the very beginning, when my husband did not prepare the diaper by twisting it. These diapers have made our lives easier and more pleasant. We highly recommend these diapers!

I really enjoyed my experience with these tab style briefs. I found that the absorbing media contained inside have a very firm and stable feeling once having absorbed a moderate amount. This caused some forward projection of the brief, most noticeable in the crotch area. While this is not discreet, it is -IMO- favorable to a sagging crotch. Many sizes and capacity ratings are available from this brand, and many are offered as a sample pack, that is very competitive in price. I think this is a great brief for folks who are new to incontinence products or just looking to find a new product to experience without having to commit to a whole case.

I’ve been dealing with incontinence for a really long time, and as my needs have changed, I’ve tried a lot of different products and I’m really liking these so far. With the cost of my usual diaper having gone up recently, I was looking for a more affordable option, and I think I’ve found it with these. Inside and out these are some of the softest diapers I’ve ever worn. They are some of the most absorbent diapers I’ve ever worn, and the cloth like outer cover is virtually silent. Even when I know that I’m wet, I really can’t tell that I’m wet, these do a really good job at helping me to feel dry and comfortable. These do have functional and decently tall leak guards, while I do wish they’d run the full length of the diaper, they get the job done. I do wish these had a rear waistband, that would make these fit even better than they do. And I do wish that these had better tapes, the tapes are a bit narrow and they do loose some of their functionality if you have to re tape them, but they do work. The wetness indicator really isn’t that functional, it’s one of those fade when wet types and it really isn’t that visible when dry, so caregivers may have a hard time telling when it’s wet. Overall I’d say that these are some of the better diapers out there, they’re not perfect, but for the price they really are good.

These are as mentioned great product though you used to be able to get them under the Medline Extended Wear for cheaper but Medline like alot of companies have decided to go cheap route and it makes no sense to me why these companies take a product well liked and get rid of it so unfortunately have to pay a lot more. High recommend these diapers and their whole line of them

The absorbency of this adult brief is impressive.. tapes and "non-woven" backing are not. The backing is soft but easily distorts and separates from inner plastic layer. After awhile.. the cloth like outer layer, which supports the hook and loop tapes to keep the brief secure.. let go and rips. Still a good brief for the cost.

These are the Ferrari of adult diapers and are amazing! These are for my 88 year old mother who has advanced Lewy body dementia. We got some inferior incontinence supplies from hospice and finally gave up with the ridiculous performance issues and started buying our own for night use. Her skin is drier in the morning and we have better control over redness by using these. I still use air permeable absorbent pads to assure the sleeping surface does not get wet from Medline. (Yeah, hospice provided some nasty plastic pads that were not effective and were sweaty and very wimpy and tore easily.). They are very soft and absorbent. They DO NOT cause sweating and will reduce risk of skin breakdown overall. They are worth every penny and you won’t be sorry you got them.

Initially I wanted to give a 2 star for comfort and fit. But these things have not reached expectations and that knocked it down further. Upon arrival I was quite happy to try out a different brand in the price range. However, after a few days and a number of the briefs used I have been far from elated. The briefs leak out of the flimsy plastic backing under the cloth outer. So you’re stuck with what look like little coin sized oopsies on the zipper or seam area of your clothes that will turn into a full on obvious wet spot once you sit down for a short time. Really and truly something that renders the thing useless as it’s similar to if I just walk around without a diaper on and show the world that I have accidents in my pants. Not to mention when you want to wear a pair of sweats to the store. And no, I did not come close to them being full. I’m talking this happens after maybe 2 voids. If you HAVE to buy these. I highly recommend you don’t. But if you still go through with it, please wear some plastic pants or preferably some latex ones if you’re not allergic to it so you don’t get embarrassed like I did. I usually don’t write reviews but if I wanted to publicly embarrass myself in front of friends I’d just do like I said and not walk around padded. *EDIT* After using half the bag, 6/7 diapers have all had the leaking issue.
