I absolutely love this changing pad. I had purchased a cheap summer infant with my first but after researching on the negative effects of phthalates and chemicals in vinyl and baby items I decided to go with a more natural product which is why this 100% organic cotton changing pad is perfect for me. There are a few “drawbacks” that for me aren’t a big deal. Yes it’s not waterproof but that’s why you can use a cover and I am planning on using a liner plus a paper cover on top of the fabric cover for easy clean up/unexpected blow outs which DO happen. If you don’t use a cover/liner, chances are they pad will get soiled and at that point it’s probably best to replace because it won’t be easy to clean.However, it is super soft, safe and perfect for a mom like me who prioritizes chemical free items for their little ones. If you don’t care about that stuff and are more into convenience then this pad is not for you.

When I bought it I saw a review that said it’s a cardboard with a cheap foam on top & I thought the person was exaggerating. She wasn’t. I’m returning it.

Very very cheap materials used. It is literally cheap foam and cardboard sewn with a soft cover. I haven't even used it and will not be doing so. Do not buy. It will not last through one and DEFINITELY not multiple children. Returning.

Nicely made changing pad! I get concerned with possibility of fumes when buying anything including foam type of mattress but this one had no scent at all!

This product is NOT waterproof. There is no way to remove the outer layer to clean it. It’s a great 4 sided design and we love that it’s organic but it’s totally pointless to sell a changing pad that isn’t waterproof.

I cant say if its waterproof or not. We are putting puppy pads down on it. So if the kiddo does make a mess on it, the pup pad gets wet and we toss that out. Otherwise it's a soft cushioned pad. It was a slight lip all around. Very happy with this.

Looks great and Love the size. Cover is pretty and soft, the problem is that it is not removable... great and cozy but you can't wash it? used it one week and threw the pretty , poop stained, urine sponge in the trash.

The top of this cover IS NOT removable and the surface is not waterproof. This means it soil easily and be impossible to clean. The description is intentionally misleading and written to sell more.
