It's really confusing to decide if this totally stop hairfall. Although it can reduce it. If genetically you are gonna get bald...this can't stop it. It might slow it down. I come straight to the point I'm a 57 year old male from hyderabad india and im a scientist, heard about saw palmeto on a video podcast from Dr.Rachel Ross a clinical sexologist in USA via youtube discussion was about mens prostrate gland problems and related issues and how to solve it. you should also take multivitamin which have biotin , fish oil ,and protien ,, eat egg whites too ,, make a proper diet plan for your hair , and add this extract tablet then only it will work , slow result but works as its price range
