Haven’t used yet, just received.

Having used this product before, when I saw it here for less I jumped. A great long term slow release amendment for acid loving plants like my azaleas, camellias, and hydrangeas. Long breakdown and slow release means time to apply for spring very soon, makes it hard to overdo it. I prefer granular or pelletized products outside for the most part, as they are easy to broadcast by hand.

I dump a cup of this in my potted blueberry plants twice each growing season for the best crop all around. It’s the secret to growing great Blueberries!

I added the Cottenseed Meal to my flower garden and they seem to benefit. I also added cruched egg shells later for a boost of calcium and they seem to like that too.

This product is essential to organic growing and it works to lower the PH of the soil naturally. I use it on all my acid loving indoor plants. A little goes a long way. Works well with plants grown in "Super Soil" if you have gotten the soil a little too hot...just mix it in and wait a few days - it is not instantaneous.

I used this product on my tomatoes. And garden. They are so beautiful and healthy
