Not what I expected.
This is not like the glucose with VitC that I have had before. It does not taste sweet in the same way and it doesn’t mix into food or water but just solidifies in a lump or lumps. I cant eat it and certainly will not buy again.

Not at 'indissoluble' problem
Like others, I found this product did not dissolve in fluids at any temperature. The company representative I spoke to explained that as it is dried glucose syrup, it has to be properly dispersed when added to fluids. I didn't have any guidance on how to do this, but he kindly offered to send me some simple dextrose monohydrate at no extra cost.

St Marks solution
Had trouble opening the container and ended up using a knife and transferring the contents into another airtight container. Used as an ingredient to make St Marks solution to combat my husbands medical condition.
