I decided to give these off brand bulbs a try given the price and am hoping they last as long or longer than the Department 56 brand. If they do, then they truly are a great bargain.

I'm rating these bulbs 5 star as of right now sine I've just started placing them in my Department 56 houses. So far, it's only been a couple months since placement. Other than the bulb base being silver-colored and the Department 56 bulbs being brass-colored, these bulbs are just like the original Department 56 99244 bulbs. The box is only 2" H x 4.5" D x 9" L, so it is easy to store as well. A cost-effective solution for anyone with an extensive collection of Department 56 buildings.
