Great product I've been going to the gym for a little over 7 months now and thought I'd try getting some Pre-Workout and I couldn't be happier with the one I got. It tastes amazing and mixes and dissolves easily so thankfully I'm not getting a load of powder at the bottom. Also as I am slightly new to buying gym I don't know how much these usually cost but personally i feel like its a good size and is great value for money. Just to top it off but these past few days when I've used it have felt amazing so all in all I couldn't be happier i got this :)

Decent pre workout not as good as DY blood and guts but definitely does the job

I was scared to order from this seller at first. But give it a chance anyway. Phew! Lucky mine was alright. In power form as it should be. Quality and taste as expected. Help me with my fitness journey. Im a mom of two kids (6yo and 3yo). I had taken C4 many years ago and it worked. Thats why I am choosing C4 again despite the review. Today my 1st dose, really help me focus on my 20 minutes Yoga session at home and then a 40 minutes run. I could run longer than usual.

I've used C4 for around 10 years. But this buy was the first 1 didn't get anything from. I had to take x2 scoops but the taste was sickly (apple) . X2☆ is being very generous.

Great product, buying it for the second time. It increases energy instantly and helps with gym results. The flavor feels natural, love it. It’s definitely worth the money.

Decidí probar el pre-entrenamiento C4 después de escuchar buenas críticas, y debo decir que no me ha decepcionado en absoluto. Como alguien que entrena bastante, buscaba algo que me diera más energía y enfoque, y este producto ha hecho justo eso. Lo que más me gusta: Energía explosiva. Desde la primera vez que lo tomé, noté una diferencia significativa en mi energía durante el entrenamiento. Me siento más activo, con ganas de darlo todo, y puedo aumentar la intensidad de mis rutinas sin sentirme agotado tan rápido. Mejora del enfoque. Lo que realmente me sorprendió fue el nivel de concentración que me da. No me siento distraído ni cansado a mitad del entrenamiento, lo cual me ayuda a aprovechar al máximo cada serie. Sabor agradable. Tiene un sabor bastante bueno (al menos el de uva que elegí), lo cual no siempre pasa con este tipo de suplementos. Es fácil de beber y no tiene ese sabor amargo que algunos pre-entrenos suelen tener. Lo que no me encanta tanto: Efecto de "picazón". Al principio, noté que me picaban un poco las manos y la cara. No es algo peligroso ni incómodo, pero si no te gusta esa sensación, puede ser un pequeño inconveniente. Con el tiempo me acostumbré, pero es algo a tener en cuenta. Puede causar algo de nerviosismo. Si eres sensible a la cafeína, puede que te sientas algo acelerado o nervioso si tomas la dosis completa. Yo encontré el punto perfecto de dosificación después de probarlo un par de veces. En resumen: El pre-entrenamiento C4 es perfecto para darle un empujón a tu rendimiento en el gimnasio. Me da una energía impresionante y me ayuda a mantener el enfoque durante todo el entrenamiento. Para lo que ofrece, está muy bien, y definitivamente, la competencia no puede igualar la efectividad de este producto. Como siempre, la entrega de Amazon fue rápida y sin complicaciones, llegó al día siguiente, lo cual siempre es un alivio.

Der C4 Original Pre-Workout-Booster ist - genau wie die Dosengetränke - die es unter dem Label C4 gibt, genial für eben genau dieses: Einnahme vor dem Workout. Regulär trainiere ich eine gute Stunde im Gym, da aber sehr intensiv. Und speziell, wenn es nach der Arbeit einmal schwer geht, sich zu motivieren, weil einen die Müdigkeit übermannt, macht dieses Produkt, was es soll: Dich für Dein Workout auf Hochtouren bringen. Winziges Manko: Mir scheint nach einiger Zeit ein Gewöhnungseffekt einzutreten, was sich in einem geringeren Boost äußert. Deswegen vielleicht nicht dauerhaft anwenden, sondern tatsächlich nur, um den inneren Müdigkeits-Schweinehund zu besiegen.

J’ai pris le goût pomme et il est vraiment très bon. Les effets sont ressentis environ 30 à 45 minutes après le shaker, pris avant la séance. Très bon goût et agréable à boire !
