I liked the packaging & it was safely delivered but the product was damaged.

Everytime we buy something from Amazon there would be some damage. This time too I had ordered karin deco brush markers & out of those 10 colors Silver color brush marker is not working. The other colors are fine but silver is completely damaged. This just further discourages me to not to buy from this platform.
