What form of folate is used in this bland?

The Folate in our Brain Fuel blend is derived from Pure Folic Acid with no Synthetic Ingredients present. Synthetic Ingredients are not allowed in NGP and this product is Certified Non-GMO.

Do you need to cycle off? I notice initially these worked like magic but after a couple of months the effect wore off.

Does Brain Fuel affect the stomach in any way?

Hi there and thanks for your question! Brain Fuel is well-tolerated by the vast majority of people. Only occasionally do we hear of minor stomach issues that generally seem to be related to food sensitivity and/or food allergy issues. The powders do contain prebiotic dietary fibers that can impact the probiotic microbiome in our GI tract. Sometimes it takes a while for a new balance to settle in. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Lion's Mane is used by some TCM practitioners to treat conditions of stomach distress.
