Very good
I searched for days reading reviews of different airers before I decided on this one at £12.99. All seemed to have unhappy users, but I can tell you this one is OK, strong enough and big enough for a full load (3 tier one BTW). Yes the small wires are slightly bendy but they're adequate, if you have something heavy use the outer bars. For the price I certainly recommend this one as even the £30+ ones get bad reviews.

Light and easy to operate
Just what I needed for some extra indoor drying space. It might not be the most robust airer but I don't need it to be. Easy to erect and fold away.

Can’t live without this!
I already had a similar item, and realised another -different type of- rack was now shedding its plastic covering ( no shame for it, maybe 30-40 years old?) so I needed to replace. Looking through the options on Amazon, I decided on this one, couldn’t believe the price, so reasonable. I now have my 2 racks in a spare room, and it makes dealing with laundry, especially in these wintery days, so, so, easy. I’ve a lot of arthritis, so find using my outside whirly line increasingly difficult. There are plenty of lines on this rack, so will take a lot of items, but I’d take care not to put too many things like towels on, as they could prove too heavy. (I tend to drape towels over 2 lines, dry more quickly) folding is easy, but do drop rack down onto it’s side to access the clip, if you try with it still upright you will very likely nip your fingers! Clean, light, taking up very little floor space, easy to put up and let down, and thus store away, this is one excellent product.

Awful
Really thin metal. Legs are not suitable for purpose. After just a few uses without overloading it, the legs are buckling and about to snap off. Waste of money.
