Semi Permanent Hair Color, 150 Platinum, 4 Fl Oz | Vegan & Cruelty-Free Grey Hair Dye | No Ammonia, No Peroxide, No Alcohol

I wear a smokey gray/silver (salt & pepper) hair system. What is left of my natural hair is almost white, except the back, which is dark gray/black. I chose the system because it is easier to darken light hair than it is to lighten the dark. I tried several different permanent grays (L'Oriel), which required bleaching, and they looked good for one week, then the hair would turn light brown and not match the hair system at all. I FINALLY tried 150 Adore Platinum and this 68yr old could not be happier! It matched beautifully, and after one shampoo... it stayed gray! And if it needs to be redone... no more bleaching... I just reapply (although I do leave it on for 2hrs as recommended by a you tube video I watched. 56K mostly positive reviews says it all!

THis is for the Platinum #150. I searched around for a product to use and everyone has something to say about every product. This seemed to have the best ratio of good reviews. I used it, now I did NOT do the full 15 minutes with the hair dryer cause I'm lazy. But I did 5 min. Left it in for an hour or two in the plastic. Then did 5 more min of heat. I got GREAT Charcoal Color which is what I wanted! Now, it didn't necessarily completely change the remaining bits of faded light brown towards the end of my hair but it toned the white to charchoal which blended REALLY well and looked WAY more natural. I will def buy agaiin! I don't know what people are talking about that it dyed their hair purple. The color as it comes out of the bottle does look like a deep dark bluish color. But that doesn't translate at all to the hair. I jut used it a second time last night but didn't leave it on very long. And didn't use much heat. So, the color was more grey and less charcoal. REMEMBER I have not lightened my hair at all. I did it again tonight and left it on well over an hour. It came out great again. Love this. Am ordering another bottle asap!

⭐️ 1 Star – Worst Hair Experience I’ve Ever Had I am beyond upset with this product. Yes, it was easy to apply — but that’s the only positive thing I can say. The results were horrible. My hair turned purple and pink in random areas, leaving it blotchy, uneven, and embarrassing. Even after washing, the color would not come out. I was in tears seeing my hair stained purple and pink. I was extremely lucky that my hairstylist could fit me in to fix the disaster, but now my hair is severely compromised and damaged because of this toner. This product caused stress, damage, and an expensive salon correction that could have been avoided. I trusted this toner, and it completely ruined my hair. I would never buy this again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Very blue/green toned. Much lighter than it appears in the bottle. A perfect toner for that if you’re looking for a blue grey vs a more purple shade.

My grays started to be prominent, and I decided to let them be. However, parts of my hair are still medium-ash blonde with red pigment from previous experiments, and I needed something for the transition. Platinum 150 worked perfectly, and it will remain my choice until all of my grays grow. The color is an exact color match to my gray hair and the official picture provided. It is not purple on me, but I mixed it with conditioner and slept for 8 hours with color on my hair before washing it. I have medium-long hair and needed three bottles of color + conditioner. It didn't cover my red parts, but it did cool them, so it looks better now.

I have dark ash blonde hair that I lightened to white blonde like when I was little. I like to switch it up and change colors from black, red, purple etc.. Now that I'm a white blonde again I wanted to do the silver color I've wanted to try for years. They never had any good dyes though until now. I found this Adore semi permanent and it really looks silver. It doesn't take as strongly to my growing out roots, since there's no developer, so they're not pure silver like the rest of my head but it still looks cool. It's like an ombre silver blonde to pure silver. But not like salt and pepper grey color, a metallic silver. So when the bottle says platinum it is. When you first put it on it's blue and you leave it on for 15 minutes or more depending on how dark you want it. 15 minutes is enough for my fine bleached hair. The bluish silver tint lasts a day but after one wash with purple shampoo it will be the color on the bottle. It lasts a long time, so chin length hair like mine. one bottle will last at month at least. I can't wait to try the other Adore colors when I get bored with silver.

I love the color I get with this product I have very dark hair and have always wanted a dark ash blonde or light ash brown. I was told I could not achieve this color without bleaching first, after some trial and error I have achieved what I wanted by lifting/lightening my dark hair first with Clairol Soy 4Plex 12-AA-BV and 40 volume peroxide (no bleach) that I also purchase on Amazon and then toning it with the Adore 150 Platinum. When applying color mix with white conditioner to make the color more thick and able to apply easier, I leave the color in my hair overnight to get best results. Hope this review helps, it is a little drying so I would recommend a deep conditioner, and the color does not wash out for a good six months

The color is super nice... just for fun wanted to do my hair color ash grey instead of black...bucket list... salon colors didn't cut it.. got this applied was little blueish at first but becomes silvery grey...

The dye came open and the product is not original

I have a hard time getting even colored hair since I dyed/bleached it too often, and my hair is uneven when it comes to pigmentation. I tried a lot of semi permanent colors since I don't want to dye it with actual hair dye color, but this one is a very nice product! I had light blonde before and it turned into a really pretty grey color with some highlights in between. I will buy it again in the future, for sure!

Je suis brune naturelle, je laisse sortir mon gris et du coup le roux affreux de la longueur avec adore devient un beau brun cendré qui s’harmonise au gris de ma repousse , je le met sur des cheveux sec et avec un bonnet chauffant une bonne heure , enfin j’ai trouvé la solution, les toner avec oxy décolore quand même le cheveux qui devient auburn , avec adore juste un dépôt, ok il faut le faire plus souvent , mais je suis contente du résultat
