Easy, quick AND delicious? Yes please!
Before we even get far into this review, right off the bat I knew this was the book for me. Why? Because of the following: Easy clean-up and I could still eat avocados and use butter in recipes. Everything after that is just bonus points. The Ketogenic diet is relatively easy to follow if you can make due without bread, a lot of sugar and starchy foods like potatoes. There are so many options with the Ketogenic diet that deciding what to eat is now the hardest/best decision you have to make. Author Pamela Ellgen makes this task ridiculously easy by providing the reader not only with quality recipes, but with a way to cook (one sheet pan and parchment paper) that makes clean up a breeze. What's your fancy? You're probably covered. There are breakfast, snack, dessert options, vegetarian, or pick your protein. There aren't any pictures but each recipe provides nutrition information, minimal prep and most recipes have a cook time of 30 min or less. Some of my favorite recipes include, parmesan baked chicken nuggets, cheesy spaghetti squash bake, shrimp fajita bowls, Italian meatballs, Chinese beef and broccoli, cinnamon nut granola and cherry swirl cheesecake.I'd say this book is a good go-to is you're already familiar with Ketogenic and just need some good recipes, but even for the unfamiliar, Ellgen includes enough background information that the book is very easy to follow.

Carbo Hole Filled
Each time I try to limit my carbohydrates it seems as if there is a hole in my diet. Well, that hole is filled with the Sheet Pan Ketogenic recipes. For most people, the biggest problem with a low-carb diet is no bread โ solution-- Cloud Bread! The bread is good, the recipe is easy, and the hole is filled. This book explains the science behind a low-carb diet; why it works and how to easily maintain this diet for health. Shopping and stocking the pantry advice makes this way of eating so easy. The recipes are clearly written and each one lists the nutrition facts, allowing cooks to keep track of calories, fat, protein, fiber and of course- carbohydrates. With the nutrition advice and one-pan cooking. I honestly donโt think I need any other cookbook.

Quick, easy, budget-friendly. Pick two.
Too many of the recipes are not based off of low-cost staples and instead have very expensive cuts of meat. And as it turns out my oven is too small for a half sheet pan (the door doesn't quite close). You might get a few somethings out of it. At $8 for the opportunity to learn easy baking techniques it's worth it, even if I personally got no use from the book.

Great Ketogenic Recipes
A ketogenic diet is one that has many health benefits, however there is a real lack of great recipes out there to keep such a diet. This book fixes that problem, the recipes in here are delicious and unique takes on some classic dishes and some new ones as well. The book offers a wide selection (over 100) from Bacon wrapped filet Mignon to Crab cakes even dessert! Whatever your dietary preferences or restrictions there will be options for you. The recipes are well written and easy to understand, even a novice like myself can use it without much issue. I'd definitely suggest it to anyone looking to try a ketogenic diet or just maybe some delicious recipes.

It's ok.
It's got some inventive recipes which will be nice to have, but items like bacon-wrapped filet mignon or basic roast chicken (really?) are pretty much throw-aways.

recipes not very creative
I love to cook this way for my Keto lifestyle. When I purchased this, I thought it would give me some new creative recipes. This is just basic recipes for sheet pan cooking. A good book for beginners to sheet pan cooking and Keto.

Delicious easy meals!
A TON of great ideas for sheet pan recipes. I love sheet pan recipes because they're so easy to prepare. I find that sometimes using a rack over the sheetpan can help with some recipes that might get soggy, but most of the time they're awesome as-is. One important note is that this cookbook is black and white text without photos, but when it comes to sheet pan recipes you don't really need photos so I think that's totally fine. Pamela did a great job on these recipes, they're delicious!
