Helps my deficiency
It’s the only vitamin D that I’ve tried that helps my deficiency, and brings me into the normal range. Possibly because of the active form? I like KAL’s unfortified yeast flakes as well, for some extra B vitamins and protein, tastes great in salads. It also has a calming effect on my anxiety.

My favorite D-3
I like that I can take this in a "homeopathic method", that is -- I put a tablet under my tongue. It takes maybe 15 minutes to completely dissolve, and the lemonade flavor is very pleasant. I tried the lime version and did not like it at all. It was way too flavorful. Too much zest. LOL So glad I was able to find this version again!
