1st jar was only +50 MGO multifloral...seemed beneficial, this 2nd jar is +325 MGO MONOfloral I'm hoping it is even more beneficial, if not atleast it tastes OK!

I love tge flavor as it is thick and intense. Perfect for coffee mocha. But in over 2 months use I have not seen the expected improvemen in blood sugar reduction. Very expensive honey, so choose wisely.
