I wear mine on top of a hoodie or fleece jacket before going out of the house. I am a UK size XL (44 chest measurement) and this fits me perfectly fine.I use a 5000 mAH battery (not included with the product) with mine and lasts me a whole day of outdoor usage. I haven't been disappointed. The heat patches get quite hot on the highest setting. you especially feel it if sat in one position. When I'm out, it give me a nice constant temperature the only downside is when my power pack runs out :(It's a little on the big size for those who are slim/petite and not keen on the red light on the chest area but some may like this.
